Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ralph Allen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Don and Pat Autry
Condolence: We were deeply saddened to hear that Ralph has passed on but are
happy to know that he is now in a better place with our Lord Jesus in our heavenly eternal home.

We first met Ralph in 1974 and were privileged to serve with him in a FarEast assignment in the mid-1970s. Throughout our government career our paths crossed many times and we remained in contact via email after we both retired to the "golf course". Ralph was a faithful, dependable, and true friend and all who knew him had great respect and appreciation for his dedication to family and country. We will all miss him but were truly blessed to have known him during his time on this earth. May he rest in peace!

Condolence From: Marlow Strand
Condolence: It is with a sad heart that I write this message of respect about my great friend Ralph. We first met in Thailand in 1974. From day 1, he was one wonderful person. There was never a doubt in my mind that I could depend on Ralph for any task assigned without question. Ralph was always a team player and was the first person to help others if they were having problems, no matter how difficult the situation. He did so with a smile and words of encouragement.

I thank the Lord for giving me the pleasure of having Ralph in our crew. I am so pleased to have him as a friend.

We were very fortunate to have served with Ralph in the Far East. He certainly was a great guy and it was a joy to have had the opportunity to work with him. Our prayers and condolences are with you during this time. The Payne family
