Stephanie Renee Saeler, 46, of 725 N. River Avenue Weston went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 14, 2015 in United Hospital Center of Bridgeport following an extended illness. She was born in Jackson, Mississippi on May 15, 1969: daughter of the late Paul Edward Saeler and Marguerite (Tenney) Saeler.
Stephanie is survived by one uncle Leonard (Janie) Tenney of Weston, one aunt Sharon (Bill) Butler of Weston and a special family friend, Tracy Byrd, who she called her “Buddy.” She is also survived by a cousin Penny Saeler and Kenny Claudio of Morgantown.
Stephanie was a library assistant at the Louis Bennett Public Library of Weston for over 24 years and will be sorely missed. Early in her working career she worked at H & R Block. Stephanie was a graduate of Lewis County High School with the “class of 1987”, where she was Who’s Who for two years and took classes at Glenville State College and Marshall University. Stephanie was an avid NASCAR fan and her favorite driver was 24, Jeff Gordon. She also loved most sports including the West Virginia Mountaineers and the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. She was a Methodist by faith. Stephanie had an infectious smile, did not know a stranger and will be missed by family and friends who all loved her.
Family and friends will be received at Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Russell Furr officiating. Interment will follow services in the Broad Run Church Cemetery of Jane Lew, WV. On-line condolences and life stories in memory of Stephanie may be expressed at hardman-palettifuneralhome.com.
