Kenneth James “KJ” Romel, 39, of Hidden Lane Weston passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown following an automobile accident. He was born in Weston on February 19, 1975: son of the late Kenneth C. Romel and Sheila (Cross) Romel of Weston, who survives. He married Ronda (Beeson) Romel, who survives.
He is also survived by one daughter: Shiana Pennington of Buckhannon, three sons: Michael Romel of Weston, Stephen and Matthew Romel of Rock Cave and one grandchild: Raidyn Pennington. In addition to his father, Kenneth, KJ was preceded in death by one brother: Kevin Romel.
KJ was a healthcare provider, mechanic and electrician. He graduated from the Lewis County Christian School. KJ was a past member of the Lewis County Emergency Medical Services. He loved to hunt and fish and tinker with old trucks. KJ enjoyed hanging with family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Monday, January 26, 2015 from 4-6 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 6 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Ronnie Beeson officiating. At KJ’s
