Obituary for Clint Wayne Coakley

Clint Wayne  Coakley
Clint Wayne Coakley, 48, of Weston passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born in Weston on June 17, 1968: son of the late Gerald Joseph Coakley and Alma (Gregory) Coakley, who survives of Jane Lew, WV. He is also survived by Katrina Butcher, his fiancé of 13 ½ years.
Mr. Coakley is survived by three children: Stephen Coakley and wife Lauren, Abigail Coakley and Joseph Coakley all of Weston and one granddaughter: Penelope Coakley. He is also survived by one sister: Carla Coakley of Clarksburg, one niece: Ginger Silva of Clarksburg and four great nieces and nephews: Brooklynn Coakley, Caleb Grady, Emmalea Silva and Mason Silva.
Mr. Coakley was a custodian with the Lewis County Board of Education serving in the Jane Lew Elementary School. Earlier Clint was a shift supervisor with Alkaln Label Factory and later Paxar Label Factory of Weston. He was a graduate of Lewis County High School with the class of 1986. Mr. Coakley was a veteran of the Army National Guard from August 22, 1985 until August 24, 1993.
Mr. Coakley enjoyed hunting and fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his children and granddaughter: Penelope.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Ronnie Beeson officiating. Interment will follow services in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens of Jane Lew, WV. Full military honors will be conducted by the United States Army and Lewis County Honor Guard.
