Linda Lou Casto, 62, of Crooked Fork Road Weston passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at her home following a brief illness. She was born in Upshur County on November 25, 1955: daughter of the late Betty Lou Rivers.
Linda was never married and was never blessed with children. She had several brothers and sister who drifted apart. She was in foster care most of her life. Her former foster parents were June and Elmer Rowan and later Luther Earl Metz and Wanemia Ruth (Byrd) Metz. Today, Linda made her home with Susan and Richard Stout of Weston.
Linda enjoyed working puzzles and watching TV where she especially loved watching Mountaineer Football. She liked to water the chickens and fish and had great love for music.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Funeral services will held on Friday at 1 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Bob King officiating. Interment will follow services at Peterson Cemetery of Weston, WV. On-line condolences and life stories in memory of Linda may be expressed at hardman-palettifuneralhome.com.
