Sebert H. ""Buddy""  Workman
Buddy” Sebert Workman, 67, of Weston passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital of Weston following a sudden illness. He was born in Walkersville on May 11, 1951: son of the late Silbert Harley Workman and Dorthy Dell (Peterson) Workman. On April 2, 1973 he married Gale (Turner) Workman who survives.
Mr. Workman is survived by two sons: Danny Workman and David Workman both of Weston. He is also survived by two grandchildren: David Riley and Nathaniel Workman, two brothers: Silbert Workman & Darlene of Rock Cave, Steve Workman & Debbie of Lizemores, five sisters: Sylvia Straley & Roger of Ellamore, Sharon Phillips of Virginia Beach, Shirley Harris of Waco, TX, Sandra Wohlever of Milan, OH, Shelia Workman of Weston and several nieces and nephews.
Buddy was a health service worker for many years at the Weston State Hospital. He was a graduate of Lewis County High School, attended the Church of God Church and was a New England Patriots fan. He worked numerous jigsaw puzzles over the years and was a jokester at heart. Buddy is best known as a frequent walker around Weston
Family and friends are invited to share in a Celebration of Life Service for Buddy at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Weston Church of God 4th Street Weston. On-line condolences and life stories in memory of Buddy may be expressed at hardman-palettifuneralhome.com.
