Sheila Ann Norman, 61, of Weston passed away on Monday, February 6, 2018 in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital of Weston following a brief illness. She was born in Weston on July 1, 1956: daughter of the late Clenley Marple and Marguerite (Davis) Marple. Sheila was married to Dennis Norman, who preceded her in death on August 16, 2010.
Sheila is survived by one daughter: Natalie Ballinger and husband Danny of Buckhannon and two grandchildren: Savanah and Aiden. She is also survived by one brother: Steven Marple and wife Susan of Weston and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Dennis, Sheila was preceded in death by one sister: Pam McClain.
Sheila was a cashier with Foodland in Weston. She was a graduate of Lewis County High School with the Class of 1974. She was a Facebook fanatic and played Farmville 2 for hours. Her greatest joy though was shopping and she loved it.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home with Reverend Russell Furr officiating. Private interment will follow services in the Peterson Cemetery of Weston, WV. On-line condolences and life stories in memory of Sheila may be expressed at hardman-palettifuneralhome.com.
