Wendy Sue Swiger, 36, of Camden passed away on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown after and unexpected illness. She was born in Weston, WV on March 31, 1987, daughter of the late Jimmy and Jo Ann (Prunty) Evans.

Cherishing their loving memories of Wendy are her boyfriend of 10 years, Andrew McCauley and his son, Cody of Camden, brother, Daniel Evans and fiancé Rebecca Bishop of Sutton, niece, Jasmine Evans, nephew, Caleb Evans, uncle, Jesse Prunty, and cousins, Anthony Prunty, Jesse Prunty, II, and Joseph Beauvais.

Wendy was a homemaker and her family was the center of her life, especially the kids. In her younger years, Wendy enjoyed going camping with her family. She had a passion for arts and crafts and would make special gifts for her loved ones. She also enjoyed cooking. In addition to the children in her family, Wendy held a special place in her heart for her dog, Izzy. Wendy’s loving and caring nature will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Wendy’s request for cremation will be honored at Hardman Family Funeral Home’s On-Site Crematory. A Celebration of Life Service for Wendy will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Hardman Family Funeral Home, P. O. Box 1287 Weston, WV 26452 to aid with expenses.
