Tina May Cowgar, 47, of Weston passed away on Tuesday, August 31st, 2021. She was born in Weston on April 19th, 1974 to Hazel Metz. Tina was united in marriage on January 25th, 2019 to Jamie Ables, who survives.

Forever cherishing the memory of Tina are 4 brothers: Gene and companion Carla, Sonny and wife Lisa, Mark and companion Anisha and Joey and wife Amanda and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to WVU Medicine Hospice especially Erin Collins, Kim, Adam and Lauren.

Tina worked at Latham Pools in Jane Lew in the Outfitting Department. She truly had a passion for being outdoors. She enjoyed fishing and camping. Tina’s two dogs Pipper and Kobe held a special place in her heart. Tina will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Friday, September 3rd, 2021 from 12-2pm. The funeral service will begin at 2pm from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Wease Day officiating. Interment will follow services at Lewis County Memorial Garden in Weston.
