Thomas Matthew Sims III, 35, of Weston passed away on Monday, August 30th, 2021. He was born in Weston on March 31st, 1986 to Thomas Matthew Sims II and companion Connie Jenkins of Weston and the late Bonita Law Bennett, who passed in 2015.
Thomas is survived by 2 daughters: Victoria Sims and Charity Sims of Weston, 2 sons: Thomas Sims IV and Brenden Sims of Weston, Grandmother Joyce Law and companion Bob Boggs of Weston, grandfather Bob Law of Weston, 6 sisters: April Sims Potter and fiancé Jeremy Smith of Orlando, Beth Jordan and husband James of Ireland, Amanda Sims and fiancé Brandon Pancake of Weston, Katie, Hope, and Mary, 1 brother: Joshua Sims and companion Carley DeBarr of Weston and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
In addition to his mother, Thomas was preceded in death by one son Bryson Sims, who passed in 2006.
Thomas worked in food service for McDonalds and Taco Bell. He was known by his family as being a “home body.” He enjoyed tinkering with things. Thomas will be remembered in the lives of his children and family.
