Paula Ann Ramsey, 72, a resident of Weston, passed away on Tuesday March 23, 2021 in United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV following a brief illness. Paula was born August 6, 1948 in Weston, a daughter of the late Dana & Naomi Wilt Ramsey. She never married. She is survived by one brother, Danny Ramsey & wife Sigrid of Germany, as well as 2 nieces & 1 nephew in Germany. She is also survived by 1 sister-in-law, Trish, several cousins, & a very special uncle, Bob Ramsey & wife Margaret. She was preceded in death by her parents & one brother, Rodney Ramsey.

Paula loved family gatherings, playing bingo at the senior center, & talking on the phone, especially to her cousin, Janie. Paula will be missed by all who knew & loved her.

Paula’s request for cremation was honored by Hardman Family Funeral Home of Weston, WV. Fellowship time will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 2-3 p. m. at Hardman Family Funeral Home chapel followed by a Celebration of Life Service in memory of Paula at 3:00 p.m. with Reverend Brian Plum officiating. Interment of Paula’s cremains will follow services in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens of Jane Lew, WV. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lewis County Senior Center 171 W, 2nd Street Weston, WV 26452 in memory of Paula Ann Ramsey.
