Obituary for Mary Jane Blake
Mary Jane Blake, 83, of Buckhannon, formerly of Orlando, WV, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 19th, 2020 in Holbrook on the Hill Nursing Home of Buckhannon following an extended illness. She was born in Braxton County on March 28th, 1937: daughter of the late Audrey Stokes Blake and Lottie Mae Riffle Blake.
She is survived by one sister: Betty Blake of Buckhannon, one special friend: Dean Kennedy, a neighbor: Kay Henline and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers: Eugene, Jim, Stanton and Ray Blake.
Ms. Blake was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and was active in group activities at the nursing home.
