Mary Ann Forinash, 76, of Weston went on to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Mary Ann was born on May 24th 1945: daughter of the late Edgar and Mary Virginia (Coffman) Swiger. She grew up in Bridgeport, WV and was a graduate of Bridgeport High School class of 1963.Mary Ann was united in marriage on December 6th, 1990 to Charles Forinash of Weston, who survives.
Mary Ann was blessed with 5 sons: Doug (Lori) Gray of Bridgeport, David (Stephanie) Gray of Fairmont, Daniel (Tina) Gray, Sr. of Apollo Beach, FL, Tim Forinash of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Brian (Melissa) Forinash of Morgantown. She also cherished her 12 grandchildren: Adam and Maradith Gray, Daniel Jr. and Hannah Gray, Emily and Cameron Jougras, Corey Gray, Lindsay Gray, Nathan Gray, Brandt Frazier, Jonah Forinash, and Thatcher Forinash and 3 great-grandchildren: Mia Smallwood, Rebecca Gray, and Olivia Jougras. She is also survived by her sister Diane (Jack) Clevenger of Dandridge, TN and her 2 precious dogs Spanky and Corky.
Mary Ann worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and retired from Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston. She was the DAV Auxillary Commander and a member of the American Legion of Jane Lew. Her hobbies included fishing and traveling around the world, especially anywhere around water. She enjoyed going to beaches and on cruises. She loved spending time with her family and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Family and friends will be received at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 4-7pm and a funeral service on Saturday October 2, 2021 beginning at 11am from the funeral home chapel with Reverend Russell Furr officiating.
