Obituary for Margaret Louise Parker (Farnsworth)
Margaret Louise Parker, 68, of Weston passed away on Monday, April 12th, 2021 at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Margaret was born on December 28th, 1952 to the late Donald Alvin Farnsworth Sr. and Wanda Colleen (Frazee) Farnsworth.
Cherishing their memories of Margaret are one son Michael Russell Parker and wife Cathryn of Weston, 3 grandchildren; Tyler Michael Parker, Trey Russell Parker and AllieJo Roselynn Parker, one great-grandson Hunter Owen Nottingham, 4 brothers; John Edgar Farnsworth of Farmington, OH, Ricky Gay Farnsworth of Buckhannon, WV, Samuel Leslie Farnsworth of Weston, WV and Kevin Earl Farnsworth of Cullman, AL, 3 sisters; Vera Butcher of Weston, WV, Geneva Jo Waggy of Linn, WV and Gertrude Denise Farnsworth of Weston, WV and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by 4 brothers; Vernon Farnsworth, Donald Alvin Farnsworth Jr., James Ronald Farnsworth and Phillip Dale Farnsworth and 3 sisters; Dorothy Ann Farnsworth, Ruby Gail Farnsworth and Norma Godfrey.
Margaret was Methodist by faith and was very active at her church in Gassaway. She was a glassworker and owner/manager of The Body Toner in Weston, WV. She was a very hard worker and enjoyed life. She liked to read when able. Margaret will be missed by her family.
Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston, WV on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 from 11:00AM-1:00PM with the funeral service beginning at 1:00PM from the funeral home chapel with Reverend Ron Brown officiating.
