Lois Pearl Garrison, 82, of Buckhannon Run Road passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Braxton County on July 23, 1939, daughter of the late Noah M. Bleigh, Sr. and Lanna G. (Cool) Bleigh. Lois was united in marriage on November 4, 1961 to Robert D. “Bob” Garrison, who survives. They shared a wonderful 60 years together.

Cherishing the life of Lois is her husband Bob, 2 sons: Maurice Garrison of Weston and Robert “Rob” E. Garrison and wife Janel of Morgantown, 2 grandchildren: Marisa E. Garrison and Wyatt N. Garrison, 6 sisters: Loretta Carpenter of Virgina, Lulabelle Bleigh, Peggy Bleigh, and Louise Bleigh all of Buckhannon Run Road, Leone Riffle and husband Claude of Kingwood, and Linda Bowman and husband Steve of Morgantown, 3 brothers: Noah Bleigh, Jr. and wife Sharon of Jane Lew, William R. Bleigh of North Carolina, and Roger Bleigh and wife Lynn of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by one sister, Lola Faye Jerden.

Lois was a member of the Message of Light Tabernacle Church of Weston. She loved being outdoors and was a mountain girl. Anytime spent in nature was time well spent for her. Lois cherished spending time with her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue of Weston on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 11AM-1PM. The funeral service will be held at 1PM from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Bob Hoover officiating. Interment will follow services at Lewis County Memorial Gardens of Weston.
