Kevin Lynn Forrest, 59, of Weston passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at his home following a sudden illness. He was Born in Weston on November 21, 1960: son of the Late Delbert S. Forrest and Wanda M. (Lego) Forrest. On December 15, 1991, he married Reatha Chrissy (Marsh) Forrest, who survives.

Mr. Forrest is survived by 2 step children: Desiree Parmer at home and Tiffany Parmer of Glenville and 3 grandchildren: Destiny, Whitney and Makenzie Mayo. He is also survived by two brothers: Rease Grogg of Weston and Wayne Forrest of Colorado, three sisters: Nellie Sandy of Weston, Bonnie Harris of Buckhannon and Darlene Burkhammer of Weston and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by five brothers: Nelson, Roger and James Grogg and Bernard and Paul Forrest and three sisters: Jeanie Coleman, Wilma Miller and Deloris Harris.

Mr. Forrest was a carpet installer for Wilson’s Carpet. His hobbies were woodworking, farming, hunting, fishing and 4-wheeler riding. He also loved Darlene’s dog, Ashanti. But his favorite thing to do was spending time with his granddaughters.

Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. main Avenue Weston on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Bill Hunt officiating.
