Kenneth “Rick” Richard Lane, 67, of Horner, WV passed away Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born in Fairmont, WV on January 18th, 1953 son of the late Kenneth J. Lane and Rosemary (Bobet) Lane. He was married a loving 49 years to his wife Linda Joyce (Minnear) Lane on October 9th, 1970 who survives.

Rick is also survived by 4 daughters: Heidi Mauzy and husband Robbie of Yellow Spring, WV, Heather Lane and boyfriend Todd of Clarksburg, WV, Chasity Conway and husband Scott of Winchester, VA and Holly Lane and fiancé Scott of Winchester, VA, 3 sons: Shawn Lane and wife Stephanie of Middletown, VA, Shane Lane and wife Tiffany of Winchester, VA and Joshua Lane of Turlock, CA, 15 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 1 brother: Paul Lane of Fairmont, WV and 2 sisters: Susan Heston of Browntown, VA and Sarah Cain of Philippi, WV and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by 1 brother: Stephen Lane and 1 sister: Melissa Lane.

Kenneth “Rick” Lane was a Pentecostal by faith. He was an over the road truck driver for many years till his illness. He enjoyed fishing but most of all spending time with family. He will be missed by all who loved him.
