Obituary for Joyce Ann Eagle
Joyce Ann Eagle, 48, of Weston passed away Saturday, April 24th, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown. She was born on May 10, 1972: daughter of the late Howard Lee Radcliff and Gladys Mae (Helmick) Radcliff. On May 17th, 1998 she married Richard Eagle, the love of her life for 35 years.
Joyce was blessed by the love of her four children: David Bishop and girlfriend, Amanda Stahl of Shinnston, Johnny Eagle of Horner, Martha May Eagle and girlfriend Kylee Powers of Horner and Gabby Eagle of Horner and five grandchildren: Cayden Hayhurst, Isaiah Bishop, Jacob Bishop, William Eagle and Andieara Ratliff. She is also survived by seven siblings: Connie Frymier of Weston, Betty McCord and husband Alfred of Weston, Donna Boyers and husband David of Glenville, William Radcliff and wife Patty of Weston, Jo Ann Boyers of Weston, Roma Radcliff and wife Suzie of Ohio and Tammy Schaus of Clarksburg, a special niece and nephew: April Spitznogle who Joyce had a special bond with and thought of her as another daughter and Trent Diaz and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by one sister: Mary Louise Shackleford.
Joyce enjoyed fishing, listening to music, gardening, mowing grass, and doing anything outside. You could often find her talking with people or talking on the phone for hours with her niece, April. Joyce would do anything she could to help someone in need and always volunteered her time at various places just to meet new people and help them.
Joyce liked planting a garden and being outside taking care of her many dogs. She loved her family the most and she always put them first. She spent as much time as she could with her grandkids.
Family and friends will be received at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N Main Avenue Weston on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 from 4:00-6:00pm with the funeral service beginning at 6:00pm from the funeral home chapel with Reverend Russell Furr officiating.
