Obituary for Jared Tyler Shaver
Jared Tyler Shaver, 22, of Huntington, formerly of Jane Lew departed this Earth way too soon on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 unexpectedly. He was born in Weston on February 17, 2001, a son of Randy and Kristina Shaver of Jane Lew.
Cherishing Jared’s life are his loving parents, Randy and Kristina, brother, Ian Shaver, paternal grandparents Calvin and Lorraine Shaver, maternal grandparents, Tammy and Amilcar Lazo and Michael Hinzman and wife Cheryl and great grandmother Joetta Anderson. Jared is also survived by his aunts and uncles; Kenny and Christa Shaver, Nicholas Hinzman, Lori Hinzman and Carisa, Stephanie and Charlie Heflin, Jeff Palmer and Holly and several cousins.
Jared was preceded in death by his brother, Logan Kyle Shaver, and grandparents, Nick and Janith Hinzman, Katherine and Bud Palmer, and Virginia and Vaughn Shaver, and his beloved wiener dog, Harley.
Jared was a graduate of Lewis County High School class of 2019. He worked as a Laborer at Charleston Acoustics in Huntington. Jared loved tinkering on motorcycles, cars, and square bodies basically anything with a motor; he enjoyed working on them and driving them. He was well known for wheeling and dealing on Facebook Marketplace. Most of all Jared cherished time spent with his family and friends and his sense of humor and ornery grin will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home, 730 N. Main Avenue of Weston on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. The funeral service will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 1 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dennis Shaver and Beverly Talbert officiating.
