Debbie Diane (King) Grose, 51, of Jane Lew, went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2023 at Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Hospital in Weston. She was born in Weston on February 2, 1971, daughter of Gene King, Sr. and Betty (Brown) King of Jane Lew.
Forever cherishing the life of Debbie are her parents, Gene and Betty, son, Daniel Matthew Grose of Buckhannon, two brothers: Gene King, Jr. and wife Tammy of Jane Lew and Elvis King, Sr. and wife Michele of Weston, and 7 nieces and nephews: Elvis King, Jr. and wife Kate, Carnell King, Dylan King, Sierra Clifton and husband Tyler, Savanna King, Brooklyn King, and Preston King.
Debbie was a graduate of Lewis County High School in 1990. She was a homemaker. Debbie attended the Haleville Union Mission Church of Weston. Debbie had a heart for her cats, especially Snowball and Leo, and loved to feed any stray cat she could. She also enjoyed being outdoors and walking in the park. Debbie’s good loving nature will be missed.
Family and friends will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue of Weston on Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. The service will begin at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mike Riffle officiating.
