Obituary for Betty Mae Hefner (Fletcher)
Betty Mae (Fletcher) Hefner, 74, of Jane Lew went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 9th, 2021 under the compassionate care of Crestview Manor Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center of Jane Lew, WV. She was born in Lewis County on April 11th, 1947: daughter of the late Cleget Fletcher and Mary (Johns) Fletcher.
Betty is survived by her only child Jason Hefner and his wife Samantha of Nutterfort, WV and her two special grandchildren Trever Owen Hefner and Gabriella Victoria Hefner. In addition to her parents: Betty was preceded in death by one sister: Nancy Bailey, one half brother and two half sisters.
Betty was a clerk at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital for 24 years. She was a graduate of Weston High School with the class of 1965 and a member of the Way of Holiness Church of Buckhannon, WV. She loved to be on her computer, do greeting cards and craft booking. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren: Trever and Gabriella.
