Allan Lee Osborn, 68, of Jane Lew, went home to his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Akron, OH on October 17, 1954, son of the late William Freeman Osborn, Jr. and Esthelene M. (Frame) Osborn. Allan was united in marriage on August 5, 1989 to Karen L (Withrow) Osborn, who survives.
Cherishing the life of Allan are his wife, Karen, daughter, Emily L. Osborn of Weston, son, Cullen L. Osborn of Jane Lew, 2 grandchildren, Carter Lindsey and Aiden Clark, two brothers, Joe Osborn of Clarksburg and Rusty Burton and wife Kathy of Virginia, and a sister, Martha Burton of Horner.
Allan retired from the William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital in Weston as a Licensed Practical Nurse. He graduated from many colleges in West Virginia and Florida. Allan loved to study and learn new things. He was a member of the Weston Church of Christ and also attended the Church of Christ in Bridgeport. Allan had a passion for politics and loved talking politics to anyone he could. He also enjoyed target shooting and was a member of the National Rifle Association. Allan was a good painting artist and could draw very well.
Family and friends will be received at Hardman Family Funeral Home, 730 N. Main Avenue of Weston on Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The funeral service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
