Frank was the most loyal, friendly, compassionate, dedicated and understanding man and most of all we were very fortunate to be able to call him our friend. He will be missed by all of us and others. When we see him again we’ll once more thank him for ALL he did for us and ask his forgiveness for all the headaches we put him through. Rest In Peace... good buddy! The Michael Gissy Family
