Mary Louise Simpson, 71, of Weston passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Weston on August 29, 1947: daughter of the late George L. Simpson and Mary O. (Williams) Flack.
Miss Simpson is survived by two sisters: Joan Riffle & Nelson of Walkersville and Joyce Perry & Roger of O’Brien, FL and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one brother: Clayton Simpson.
Mary was a home person where she kept a household which included cleaning, cooking and gardening. Her hobbies included reading and watching movies. Her great joy in life was her family.
Family and friends will be received at Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 from 4 until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Mike Hefner officiating.
